As you all know I only do one dog at a time and if you do not show, I don’t work and I lose out in more ways than one. I could have someone waiting for an appointment and a simple phone call would help us all. As stated on the appointment cards, reminders, missed appointment cards and on the door of the salon. If a 48 hour notice or less is given then a cancellation fee may be charged. I hate doing this but if you showed up for work and your boss told you, the client hasn’t showed up, have the morning off but come back this afternoon to work and by the way your not getting paid for this morning, then you would not appreciate your boss’s policy.
