Cancellations

        Cancellations: Please remember to give me as much time as possible if you cannot make your appointment.  As you all know I only do one dog at a time and if you do not show, I don’t work and I lose out in more ways than one.  I could have someone waiting for an appointment and a simple phone call would help us all.  As stated on the appointment cards, reminders, missed appointment cards and on the door of the salon.  If a 48 hour notice or less is given then a cancellation fee may be charged.  I hate doing this but if you showed up for work and your boss told you, the client hasn’t showed up, have the morning off but come back this afternoon to work and by the way your not getting paid for this morning, then you would not appreciate your boss’s policy.  Thank you for understanding.


  • Without Prior arrangements, (I will always try to accommodate): Due to; starting late, or not getting a lunch break or not being able to finish work until late, I do charge a late drop off and pick up fee. £5.00 per half hour or part off. Please drop off or pick your dog up within the time given, please call if something on your part prevents you from doing so, sometimes life can throw you a fast ball that you cannot control, life-is-life and I do understand.

  • Please do not block shared driveway at the bottom on the street. 
  • When dropping-off/picking-up your dog, please keep your pet on a leash.
